Delete your account

By By Go (bybygo.com and the By By Go apps for Android and iPhone) is run by IPRO INNOVATIONS, S.L. You can delete your account and its data at any time, without reinstalling the app.

In the app

  1. Open By By Go and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the web

  1. Go to bybygo.com/profile and sign in with the same email, Apple or Google account.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email support@bybygo.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete it within one month.

Before you delete

Finish or cancel any paid delivery that is still in progress. The account can't be deleted while one is open.

What we delete

Your profile and sign-in (email, name, sign-in provider), your identity verification status, the addresses and recipient contacts on your requests, your name on past deliveries, push tokens, courier location and work zone, and your public rating profile. Your open requests are cancelled and your posted trips are taken down. Reviews you received stop being shown.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment, payout and flight booking records (amounts, dates, booking references) are kept without your name for as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires. Reviews you wrote stay, shown as written by a "Deleted user"; you can ask us to remove one. Email delivery logs and security logs are kept for a limited time. Stripe and Veriff keep their own records of payments and identity checks under their own policies.
